Pilates lets you strengthen the body to transform it into a fit shape (correct body alignment, proper posture, increase of body flexibility). While it strengthens your body muscles you need to be aware of your breathing and the way your body moves. As you are engrossed in the exercise, it improves the regulation of blood flow and produces active chemicals in the brain that act as natural painkillers. This improves your ability to sleep, keeps your mind to feel fresh, makes you energized, overall leaving you hale and hearty.

Couple Traning

Training for a pair of two. Any pair; husband-wife, girlfriend-boyfriend, siblings, friends are provided with active pair exercises by the Instructor.

Here at our Pilates personal training studio, we believe that working out with a partner can be a fun and motivating way to achieve your fitness goals. That’s why we offer training for pairs, where our certified Pilates instructors will provide active pair exercises for any pair of individuals.

Whether you’re a husband and wife, girlfriend and boyfriend, siblings, or friends, our instructors will work closely with both of you to create a personalized program tailored to meet your unique needs and fitness levels. Our instructors will use their expertise to design exercises that challenge and motivate both of you, while also ensuring proper form and alignment.

During your pair training sessions, you’ll be able to share the experience of working out together and support each other in reaching your goals. The accountability and camaraderie of working out with a partner can be an excellent motivation to stick to a regular workout routine.

We believe that training for pairs is an excellent option for people who want to experience the benefits of Pilates in a fun and social way. It is also ideal for couples or friends who want to improve their fitness levels together.

Group Traning

At our Pilates personal training studio, we understand that some people prefer the energy and motivation of a group setting. That’s why we offer group training for up to five members.

During these sessions, our certified Pilates instructors will provide each member with the necessary exercises and attention they need to achieve their fitness goals. The group setting allows for a dynamic and interactive experience as members can motivate and inspire each other throughout the class.

As the group consists of five members, the circuit class (whole-body exercise) is provided accordingly to ensure that everyone is challenged and engaged. The instructors will design a workout program that will target all muscle groups and provide a full-body workout.

Our group training is suitable for people of all fitness levels and is an excellent way to experience the benefits of Pilates in a fun and social environment. It’s also an affordable way to receive personal training, as the cost is divided among the group members.
