Here at our Pilates personal training studio, we believe that working out with a partner can be a fun and motivating way to achieve your fitness goals. That’s why we offer training for pairs, where our certified Pilates instructors will provide active pair exercises for any pair of individuals.

Group Traning

Group Traning

Training provided for a group of five members where each member is provided with necessary exercise & attention. As the group consists of five members the circuit class is provided accordingly. We understand that some people prefer the energy and motivation of a group setting.

According to Pilates’ precision principle, executing one exercise with deliberate exactitude is more important than completing more repetitions with sloppier form. For this reason, good Pilates instructors provide detailed instructions to their students on all Pilates movements.
